I accept: Screenshot of your linked in with you logged in, online company directory page, or work badge showing your full name and photo.

2 – Government Issued ID

I require two separate pictures.
- First picture: your government-issued ID next to a handwritten piece of paper with my full name and today’s date.
- Second picture: A frontal picture of you holding the ID and the same handwritten piece of paper next to your face.

3 – Provider References

I accept references from 2 separate providers you have seen in the past 6 months. Please let them know I will be reaching out, and send me their contact details such as an ad or website listing. Please either list their details in your message or screenshot their ads contact information and upload it in my booking form.
